Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the manchi.tech platform by an institute ("Customer") and its authorized users. By signing an order form or activating an account, Customer accepts these terms.

1. Service

manchi.tech provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for coaching institute operations. Modules enabled are listed on the order form. We target 99.97% monthly uptime, measured excluding scheduled maintenance windows.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customer is responsible for the accuracy of data uploaded, for the actions of its authorized users, for obtaining any consents required from students and parents, and for keeping account credentials secure.

3. Fees & billing

Fees are billed annually in advance in Indian Rupees. GST is charged at applicable rates. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Non-payment beyond 30 days may trigger read-only mode and, after 60 days, suspension.

4. Acceptable use

Customer will not use the service to store unlawful content, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to reverse engineer the platform, or to interfere with other tenants.

5. Data & privacy

Customer owns its data. manchi.tech processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and the executed Data Processing Addendum. On termination, Customer may export data for 30 days; after that we delete it in line with our retention schedule.

6. Warranties & liability

Each party warrants it has the authority to enter into this agreement. Except for breach of confidentiality, IP infringement, or a party's gross negligence, aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Term & termination

Contracts run for the subscription term on the order form and auto-renew unless notice of non-renewal is given 30 days before the renewal date. Either party may terminate for uncured material breach after 30 days' written notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
